We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join the Avular Team! 

The Senior Digital Designer at Avular is responsible for all online communications, from strategy to concept to delivery, to continuously grow the Avular brand. This role contributes to customer acquisition and retention as well as onboarding new colleagues. As a Senior Digital Designer, you excel at understanding the needs of the customer, translating key value propositions into clear, engaging storylines for potential clients and employees online.

YOUR MISSION

• Bringing stories to life through exceptional camera skills—both in photography and video

• Creating high-quality renders to visualize ideas, products, or concepts clearly and effectively

• Thinking conceptually while maintaining a strong eye for detail

• Bringing a strong sense of graphic design and typography, materialised in everything from brochures to large banners.

• Approaching challenges with curiosity and a growth-oriented mindset

• Collaborating effectively across functions, working closely with teams like sales, development, and HR

• Taking full ownership of projects and driving them independently from concept to completion

• Embracing technically complex products without hesitation
  
  

WHO YOU ARE

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field such as Communication and Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related area.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience designing from strategy and concept to delivery within the field of digital design.

• Proficiency in key design tools, such as:

  - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).

  - Figma or other UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).

  - 3D rendering software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar) is a plus.

  - Photography and video editing software. 

• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design.

• Aware of the latest developments of social media platforms and the ability to create content optimized for different channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).

• Pro: experience with motion design, creating animations, editing prototypes and mock ups
