Are you an analytical specialist with a passion for driving internal sales in the drone sector? Do you thrive on mapping complex markets, spotting emerging technological patterns, and building long-term trust with global stakeholders?

Avular builds mobile robotics and autonomous drone platforms that operate in the real world. We're expanding internationally, and we're looking for a specialist to capture market share and bridge our autonomous technology with the rigorous, long-term requirements of global corporate and government clients.

This is a high-impact individual-contributor role for someone who prefers deep, hands-on commercial work over personnel management.

🚀 YOUR MISSION

• Market intelligence & analysis — map international markets with a data-driven approach, identifying where our technology solves unmet needs

• International hunting — lead expansion into new territories, focusing on high-level capture management for multi-year government and corporate programmes, not standard account maintenance

• Ecosystem positioning — build and maintain a high-value network across corporates, governmental institutions and system integrators

• Strategic growth — give the leadership team expert insight on market shifts, competitor landscapes and emerging regulatory requirements

• Presence & advocacy — represent Avular at international exhibitions and tech days, translating complex robotic capabilities into clear value propositions

⚡ WHO YOU ARE

You're an established commercial specialist with an analytical mindset, at ease across government, industry and research environments. You take pride in deep subject-matter expertise, and you'd rather go deep as a specialist than manage a team.

• 6–10 years in business development, specifically within high-tech or aerospace

• A proven track record of managing international sales cycles and cross-border procurement

• Analytical and data-oriented: You spot early market signals and turn them into strategy

• Fluent in Dutch and English

• Strong technical affinity: You can hold your own with engineers discussing autonomous systems

• A hands-on self-starter who enjoys winning new business in high-stakes environments

• Willing to travel internationally on a regular basis

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven market-intelligence tools
