Avular welcomes Koen Evers to the board to support rapid growth

Avular is pleased to announce the appointment of Koen Evers as a new member of the Board of Directors. His arrival marks an important step in strengthening Avular’s strategic leadership as the company continues its rapid expansion in the mobile robotics industry.

Supporting Avular’s next phase of growth

With the accelerated development of our product portfolio and the growing demand for mobile robotics solutions worldwide, Avular is entering a new phase. To guide this growth and further professionalize the organization, we have expanded our board with an experienced industry leader.

Koen brings over 14 years of technical and commercial leadership experience from his career at Vanderlande, where he played a key role in advancing innovation-driven teams and delivering large-scale technology solutions. His deep expertise in robotics-related industries and organizational scaling will be invaluable as Avular transitions into a larger international player.

Strengthening strategic leadership

As board member, Koen will work alongside Albert Maas and Yuri Steinbuch to accelerate Avular’s strategic direction. His background in managing multidisciplinary teams and driving innovation aligns closely with Avular’s mission to make mobile robotics accessible for everyone.

“Koen’s experience in leading high-performing teams within a technology-driven environment will further strengthen our company,” says Albert Maas, CEO and co-founder of Avular. “We are excited to welcome him on board and look forward to the positive impact his leadership will bring to Avular’s future.”
