As our Corporate Recruiter, you own the full Recruitment process: from shaping vacancies and sourcing talent to guiding candidates through interviews and onboarding. You know how to engage candidates and present Avular as an exciting place to work, while ensuring the right fit with the role and the team.
You’ll strengthen our talent pipeline through active sourcing and by building relationships at job fairs, Universities, and student associations. Together with Marketing you’ll boost our Employer brand, and with our People & Culture team you’ll ensure a smooth start for every new colleague.
YOUR MISSION
Grow the Avular team and continuously improve our candidate journey with your energy, strong communication skills and fresh ideas.
Develop and execute Recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Manage the full-cycle Recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
Conduct interviews and assess candidates for skills, culture fit and potential
WHO YOU ARE
You’re natural at transforming ideas into action, conversations into connections, and candidates into colleagues. Result driven, pro-active and people focused. You’re ready to take the lead in finding top talent. On top of that, you:
You have a Bachelor's Degree or level of working
Are at least 32 hours per week available
Excel at building strong networks and you aren’t afraid to reach out to potential candidates
Master the art of follow-up, keeping candidates engaged and the hiring process on track
Have strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills
Proficient in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken
