At Avular, we are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic software engineer to strengthen our current team. Here you will work on developing and productizing software components for our modular robotics platforms. In this role, you will ensure our control and algorithmic engineers can use our products with ROS to build more advanced features. You will serve as the bridge between our hardware and higher-level software and control engineers.
As a Quality Engineer at Avular, you play a key role in ensuring that our products, processes, and operations consistently meet high standards for quality and reliability. You will work closely with both operations and development teams. You will ensure quality is designed into our products and processes from early development onward, while continuously improving it throughout the product lifecycle.
Design and develop lightweight mechanical systems that deliver the required functionality, robustness, cost, and performance. Apply sound construction principles, strength calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, mechanical system dynamics, FEM simulation, and knowledge of material properties to substantiate design decisions.
You'll develop algorithms for control, state estimation, and trajectory planning that power our flying robots. Beyond your own work, you bring a deep understanding of how flying robots behave. This helps the wider team catch issues before they arise and strengthens the quality of decisions made throughout the development process. Your work will directly improve the robustness, performance, and autonomy of our flying robots.
You’ll bring computer vision expertise to our team, initially focusing on helping our driving and flying robots localise reliably in the real world. Your work will provide a foundation for autonomous navigation, with opportunities to contribute to broader perception capabilities, such as object tracking and scene understanding, as our products evolve.
Are you an analytical specialist with a passion for driving internal sales in the drone sector? Do you thrive on mapping complex markets, spotting emerging technological patterns, and building long-term trust with global stakeholders?
Here you will work on developing and productizing software components for our modular robotics platforms.
We're looking for a hands-on, curious builder who owns our online presence and keeps making the way we work smarter. You'll own avular.com end-to-end: a fully custom Next.js website, the Storyblok CMS our marketing team edits in, and the conversion tracking and lead flows that turn visitors into qualified leads.
We are looking for a hands-on and proactive IT System Administrator to strengthen our IT team. Here, you will keep our Linux-driven, containerised IT environment running and help make it more mature, more secure and more automated.
We are looking for a hands-on and pragmatic Platform Engineer to strengthen our software organisation. Here, you will own the "software factory" behind our robots: the CI/CD pipelines, self-hosted build runners, package registries and supply-chain tooling that our ~30 software engineers rely on every day.
We’re looking for a Technical buyer to join the Avular Team! As Technical Buyer at Avular, you play a key role in ensuring that our innovative products can be built with the right quality, cost structure, and supply continuity.
Avular takes part in many (inter)national R&D projects in which leading research institutes and companies work together on the innovations of tomorrow. The EU and the Dutch government co-fund these projects through grants.
