We’re looking for a Test Operator / Drone Pilot to join the Avular Team!
At Avular we create gorgeous mobile robots that transform the way industries work. As a Test Operator and Drone Pilot at Avular you will be a key player in testing our new drone developments before they go out to customers and make sure our test fleet is always ready to fly.
YOUR MISSION
You love to fly and tinker with drones. You are both hands-on and always trying to understand how things work. You have the skills to fly brand new prototypes and in case of an incident or malfunctioning parts, you can do field repairs to complete the test plan. At the end of a day of flight testing, you wrap things up neatly and document the results clearly for the team to learn from.
WHO YOU ARE
2+ Years of drone piloting experience (Manual/ Stabilized/ FPV mode)
You have an A1-A3 license (A2 or Specific category license is a plus)
Hands-on and independent
Structured and organized in executing test flights
Able to report clearly to the engineering teams
Experienced in assembling/repairing drones
Having basic software experience for debugging the drone is a pre (Reading logs, Linux)
You have a valid driver’s license
You are proficient in English, both written and spoken
